Since 1992, I’ve worked in the UK games industry developing video games and supporting the sector. Honoured with an OBE for services to diversity and education in the video games industry in the 2020 Queen's birthday honour list. I am passionate about games education, diversity and mental health amongst the UK and global talent workforce.
